Smartshares Australian Financials
The Australian Financials Index Trust is a unit trust, as defined in the Unit Trusts Act 1960. The beneficial interest in the Fund is divided into units with each unit representing an equal interest in the assets of the Fund but not conferring any interest in any specific asset of the Fund.
The objective of the Fund is to provide a return to unit holders that closely matches the return on the S&P/ASX 200 Financials Ex-A-REIT Index. The Australian Financials Index Trust focuses on listed Australian financial sector companies.
