Southern Charter Financial Group (formally Lateral Corporation Limited) has developed a digital platform, Viaduct, for the development of Cloud-based Web Apps, Carrier Billing and interactive text messaging services. It began afresh with a cashed-up position and a new strategy following the completion of transactions on 31 August 2017 that injected cash and introduced a new controlling shareholder and spun-out all previous assets, liabilities and business operations. Southern Charter Financial Group will now seek to grow by making acquisitions in the financial services sector.
