Southern Charter Financial Group Limited (NZX: SNC) advises that it proposes to change its name to IPERION Limited, and its ticker code to IPR on 28 November 2023. The name change aligns with the current business strategy of commercialising the self-cleaning, antimicrobial, surface coating product.
