Ryman Healthcare said it has bought another site in Melbourne's northwest and plans to build a $155 million retirement village on it, creating about 150 permanent jobs.It plans for the six-hectare vacant site in Kealba to have independent living villas and a full aged-care centre, including specialist dementia care, as well as a cafe, bar, gym, cinema, indoor pool, hair and beauty salons and a bowling green.The site borders the Bellara Crescent Reserve, is near the Keilor Central shopping centre and a 15-minute drive from Melbourne's ai...
