Summerset Group reported record-breaking results for the first quarter of 2022, with 279 sales across New Zealand, the second highest quarter on record.
CEO Scott Scoullar said sales were strong despite the challenges posed by the Omicron outbreak.
Construction has started at three new sites in New Zealand, as well as their first Australian site.
Uncontracted new stock remains low with only 251 units across the country.
