The a2 Milk Company has reported strong results for the first half of the 2025 financial year, upgraded its full-year guidance and declared its first dividend.
The company achieved double-digit revenue growth, with a 10.1% increase to $893.8 million.
The China and other Asia segment, as well as the USA, contributed to the revenue growth, while the Australia and New Zealand segment experienced a decline due to the Daigou channel.
a2 Milk's infant milk formula (IMF) business in China maintained its top-5 brand position and gained record market share.
The company also ramped up innovation by launching new products targeting infants, kids, and seniors.
It introduced a dividend policy for the first time and declared an interim dividend of 8.5 cents per share.
For the full year, a2 Milk now expects low to mid double-digit revenue growth, compared to the previous mid to high single-digit guidance.
The ebitda margin is expected to be slightly up.
