Bremworth begins strategic ownership review

Bremworth has announced the commencement of a strategic review of its ownership structure.

The decision to undertake the review was prompted by the finalisation of the company's insurance settlement and recent approaches from interested parties.

Bremworth's board believes that a formal process to assess potential offers for the business is in the best interests of shareholders.

The review is expected to take several months, and there is no certainty that any transaction or other change will result.

Bremworth has engaged Montarne to assist with the review.

The company, which is New Zealand's leading natural fibre broadloom carpet and rug manufacturing business, will provide its FY25 half-year results next week, along with strategies to improve performance.
