The a2 Milk Company has completed an on-market share buyback programme, which saw them acquire 21,680,314 shares, representing 2.9% of their issued capital.
This buyback has resulted in the Company's Share Capital being reduced to approximately NZ$100,000 in FY23, from NZ$149,157,000 in FY22.
The average price for the purchases was NZ$6.87 per share.
The Capital Change Notice and ASX Final Buy-back notification have been lodged with the NZX and the ASX.
