EROAD Limited, a transportation technology services company, has announced a strategic review to identify partners to assist the Company in accelerating its North American strategy.
Goldman Sachs has been appointed as financial adviser to assist in the review, and the Board will update the market on the status of the review when it releases its FY23 financial results.
An Investor Day event is being held on Tuesday 21st March 2023, and investors can attend either in person or virtually.
