Acquisition of Central Suction Cleaners Limited Completed

WasteCo has completed the acquisition of Nelson based Central Suction Cleaners Limited (CSC), allowing them to offer innovative and sustainable sweeping and waste management solutions in the region.

The acquisition will enable WasteCo to expand their service offering and take sweeping and waste management services in Nelson to the next level.

WasteCo expects the acquisition to be earnings accretive from the outset.
