Acquisition of the assets and business of Nelson Based Central Suction Cleaners Limited Completed.

Following its announcements on 7 and 21 February 2023, WasteCo is pleased to advise that it has today completed the acquisition of the business and assets of Nelson based Central Suction Cleaners Limited (CSC).

The acquisition will enable WasteCo to offer its broad range of innovative and sustainable sweeping and waste management solutions in the Nelson/Tasman region, leveraging CSC's extensive experience in street sweeping, road chip recovery, industrial yard sweeping, catch-pit/sump cleaning, hydro vac excavation, concrete/asphalt dish channel cleaning, and plant resource management.
