Good Spirits Hospitality Limited has entered into a conditional agreement to acquire a venue in Auckland’s premier hospitality precinct, the Viaduct, for $250,000 plus an adjustment for inventory.
The purchase is subject to consent of GSH’s financier and regulatory approval, and is expected to open later this year.
