AFC Group Holdings auditor resigns, replacement sought

AFC Group Holdings has announced the resignation of its auditor, William Buck Audit (NZ).

The company said it has already begun the process of identifying and appointing a new auditor.

AFC Group Holdings said it is currently in active discussions and will make a further announcement on the engagement of the new auditor in due course.

AFC Group Holdings said William Buck Audit (NZ) will cooperate with the incoming auditors to ensure a smooth transition.
