Amendments to the NZX Listing Rules and Guidance

NZX has approved amendments to the NZX Listing Rules (Rules) and accompanying Guidance Notes, which have been designed to address unintended technical consequences of the Rules.

These amendments, which involve no substantive changes or material policy changes, will come into effect on 17 June, 2022.

A new Practice Note dealing with the Issues of Warrants has also been introduced.
