Ampol will delist from the NZX main board as a foreign exempt issuer, with its final day of trading on the NZX set for Sept 25, 2024.
The company's ordinary shares will be halted and suspended at 5pm on that day, and if all delisting conditions are met, Ampol will cease to be quoted on and delist from the NZX main board on Sept 27.
Ampol will maintain its primary listing on the ASX.
