Subject: Ampol Limited (“ALD”) – Suspension of Trading and Delisting from the NZX Main Board
Message:
Further to the announcement made by Ampol Limited (“ALD”) on Tuesday, 27 August 2024, NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises that ALD will be delisting from the NZX Main Board as a NZX Foreign Exempt Issuer. Ampol will maintain its primary listing on the ASX.
The final day of trading in ALD on the NZX will be Wednesday, 25 September 2024, with ALD ordinary shares being halted and suspended at 5.00pm on Wednesday, 25 September 2024 (NZT). Subject to meeting final standard delisting conditions, ALD ordinary shares will cease to be quoted on, and ALD will delist from, the NZX Main Board at 5.00pm on Friday, 27 September 2024 (NZT).
