Channel Infrastructure has announced the appointment of Andrew Brewer as a director of the company, effective from 6 December 2023.
Brewer will be replacing Lindis Jones, who is set to retire on the same day.
Brewer previously served as the chief operating officer at Refining NZ during the company's strategic review.
Currently, he holds the position of executive general manager of fuel supply chain at Ampol, where he is responsible for the company's national terminals network infrastructure.
With over 20 years of experience in leading terminals and fuel supply chain businesses, Brewer is expected to add significant value to Channel Infrastructure.
Channel Infrastructure conducted an international search process to find the best candidate for this role.
Brewer will not be considered an independent director under the NZX Listing Rules due to his senior employee role at Ampol and directorship at Z Energy.
