Andrew Carroll named Infratil's new CFO

Infratil Limited has announced that Andrew Carroll will be joining the company as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in late November 2023.

Carroll will succeed Phillippa Harford, who has been in the role for 8 years and will step down.

Harford will remain involved in a governance capacity with several Infratil investments.

Carroll has over 30 years of experience in financial, commercial, and operational roles, particularly in the telecommunications and infrastructure sectors.

He previously worked at Chorus and Telecom, and was named EY CFO of the year in 2017.

Carroll will formally transition into the CFO role after the FY24 Interim Results.

Matthew Ross, Infratil Finance Director, has been appointed as Deputy CFO as part of the transition.
