Fisher & Paykel Healthcare Corporation has announced the appointment of Charlotte Walshe to participate in the Future Directors program starting from January 1, 2024.
Walshe has over 20 years of experience in various sectors, including healthcare, finance, high-tech manufacturing, and technology.
She has held CEO roles in companies such as Jade Software Corporation and Dynamic Controls.
Walshe will attend board meetings as part of the program but will not have voting rights.
Fisher & Paykel Healthcare's current Future Director, Tracey Barron, will complete her term on December 1, 2023.
The company commended the Future Directors program for providing new perspectives and opportunities for emerging directors to develop their governance competencies.
