Andrew Lowe appointed interim CEO at Michael Hill

Michael Hill has announced interim leadership arrangements following the passing of chief executive officer and managing director, Daniel Bracken.

Chief financial and supply chain officer, Andrew Lowe, has been appointed as the interim chief executive officer, while the board conducts a global search for a replacement.

The search will consider both internal and external candidates.

Lowe will be supported by the company's executive leadership team.

Additionally, director Claudia Batten has been appointed as the deputy chair, providing support to Lowe, along with chair Rob Fyfe and chair of the audit and risk management committee, Gary Smith.
