Announcement of Director Appointment and Retirement

Rua Bioscience (NZX:RUA) today announced the appointment of Tony Barclay as an Independent Non-Executive Director.

Mr Barclay is an experienced healthcare industry leader and brings extensive financial expertise to the company.

He is currently the Independent Chair of Baymatob and an Independent Director of Veriphi.

He succeeds Brett Gamble, who has served on the Rua Board since 2019 and will retire at the end of June.
