Hallenstein Glasson Holdings Limited has announced the resignation of Non-Executive Director Mary Devine, effective 30 March 2022. Ms. Devine has resigned due to her work commitments as CEO of Foodstuffs South Island.
She joined the Board of Directors in July 2018, and was appointed Group Managing Director in April 2019 until stepping down in March 2021.
The Chairman of Hallenstein Glasson expressed his appreciation for her significant contribution to the Group.
