ANNOUNCEMENT OF DIRECTOR’S RESIGNATION

The Board of Directors of Hallenstein Glasson Holdings Limited advises that Ms. Mary Devine has tendered her resignation as Non-Executive Director, effective 30 March 2022.

Mary has resigned due to her work commitments in her new role as CEO of Foodstuffs South Island. Mary commented that she has thoroughly enjoyed her involvement with Hallenstein Glassons and to be a part of such a vibrant business and great team.

Mary joined the Board of Directors in July 2018. She was then appointed Group Managing Director in April 2019 until she stepped down from that position at the end of March 2021, and reverted to Non-Executive Director.

The Chairman of Hallenstein Glasson, on behalf of the Board and the wider business, wishes to express his appreciation of Mary and her significant contribution to the Group. The support and knowledge provided during her time as both a Director and Group Managing Director has been invaluable. We wish Mary all the best for her future.
