Asset Plus Limited (NZX: APL) has released their annual financial results for the year ended 31 March 2022, reporting a total profit of $2.93 million, down from $15.95 million in the previous year.
The sale of their 35 Graham Street property was announced, with the deferred settlement subject to shareholder approval, along with an amendment to the banking facilities and a dividend suspension.
The Munroe Lane development has been further delayed due to COVID-19 disruptions, with completion now expected in April 2023.
