PGG Wrightson shareholders have voted against the re-election of independent chair Garry Moore and independent deputy chair Sarah Brown at the company's annual meeting in Christchurch.
Shareholders also elected Wilson Liu as an independent director and authorised the board of directors to fix the auditor's remuneration.
