Annual Shareholders Meeting Presentation Results

The PGG Wrightson Limited Annual Shareholders Meeting was held in Christchurch earlier today.

Shareholders voted to:
- not re-elect independent chair, Garry Moore and independent deputy chair, Sarah Brown;
- to elect independent director, Wilson Liu; and
- to authorise the Board of Directors to fix the auditor's remuneration.
