Antonio Rivera appointed a2 Milk director

Antonio Rivera has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of a2 Milk, effective from November 1, 2024.

Rivera, who has more than 35 years of supply chain experience, including 17 years of international leadership experience, previously worked for Mead Johnson Nutrition, where he led the global supply chain.

He has been a supply chain consultant since retiring from executive roles in 2017 and is based in the Philippines.

The board has determined Rivera to be an independent director, and his election will be put to shareholders at the upcoming annual meeting on November 22, 2024.

Warwick Every-Burns will be retiring from the board and not standing for re-election at the same meeting.
