AoFrio Limited has announced several governance changes to its Board.
Gottfried Pausch has resigned from the Board, effective August 31, 2023.
John Scott, who has been on the Board for four years, will take over as the new chair of AoFrio, starting September 1, 2023.
Melissa Clark-Reynolds and Roz Buick have also been appointed as directors, effective August 21, 2023, and January 31, 2024, respectively.
Melissa Clark-Reynolds brings expertise in innovation and global market expansion, while Roz Buick has extensive experience in the software industry.
The new directors are expected to enhance the company's strategic governance and new market development efforts.
