Appointment of Chief Executive Officer

My Food Bag has announced the appointment of Mark Winter as its permanent Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Winter has been interim CEO since October 2022 and previously held senior roles at Fonterra.

Chair Tony Carter said the Board unanimously agreed that Winter was the ideal candidate and praised his leadership and commercial skills.

Winter expressed his excitement at the opportunity and said he was looking forward to leading My Food Bag to its next phase.

A search for a new Chief Financial Officer will commence shortly.
