APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF PEOPLE AND CULTURE OFFICER

SkyCity Entertainment Group Limited (SkyCity) has appointed Shaun Philp as its new Chief People and Culture Officer, effective 4 September 2023.

Mr Philp has a wide range of experience in telecommunications, financial services and infrastructure, having held senior positions in New Zealand and Australia.

Greg McNair, currently General Manager Employee Services - People & Culture Auckland at SkyCity, is Acting Chief People and Culture Officer in the interim.
