APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF PEOPLE AND CULTURE OFFICER

Pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 3.20.1(a), SkyCity Entertainment Group Limited (SkyCity) is pleased to announce the appointment of Shaun Philp to the role of Chief People and Culture Officer effective from 4 September 2023, subject to obtaining all necessary regulatory approvals.

Mr Philp is a senior human resources executive with expertise in supporting leadership and culture transformation, innovation and business execution strategies across the telecommunications, financial services, and infrastructure sectors. Mr Philp joins SkyCity from Chorus New Zealand Limited where he has held the role of Chief People Officer since 2017. Prior to this, Mr Philp held senior leadership roles across Australia and New Zealand, including General Manager Human Resources at AMP New Zealand.

Mr Philp has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland and is a graduate of executive management programmes at the Harvard Business School and the London Business School.

Greg McNair, currently General Manager Employee Services - People & Culture Auckland at SkyCity, has been appointed as Acting Chief People and Culture Officer in the interim (effective from 27 March 2023).
