Scales Corporation Limited has announced the appointment of Miranda Burdon as an independent non-executive director, effective from 31 August 2022.
Miranda has 20+ years of executive and entrepreneurial experience in the fast-moving consumer goods industry, and is currently the Chair of Meadow Mushrooms, Emerging Proteins NZ and Live Ocean.
She holds two Bachelor’s degrees and is an alumna of Stanford and Harvard universities.
Tim Goodacre, Scales' Chair, said the appointment is a great fit and will add a fresh perspective to the Board.
