Appointment of director

Southern Charter Financial Group Limited (NZX: SNC) has appointed Kuan Chong Ng as a director of the company.

Ng has a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Northwest Missouri State University and an MBA from the University of South Alabama.

He has extensive experience in the information technology sector and currently holds an advisory and consulting role for myITworks Sdn Bhd and a Corporate Advisor for ESA Holdings Ltd and KYCZ Ltd.

Ng is not independent, as he is an advisor and personal assistant to the Chairman of the Board and majority shareholder of SNC.

The appointment recognises Ng’s active participation in Board meetings and the contribution of his experience and skills.
