Appointment of Non-executive Director

Downer EDI Limited has appointed Dr Adelle Howse as Non-executive Director, effective from 1 April 2022.

Dr Howse brings extensive senior executive and non-executive experience in the infrastructure, energy and resources, construction, data centres, telecommunication and property sectors.

She has held several senior roles with CIMIC, is currently a Non-executive Director of Macquarie Telecom Group, Sydney Desalination Plant and Chairman of the Australian Mathematical Sciences Institute.

The Chairman of Downer, Mark Chellew, said Dr Howse's qualifications and experience make her an excellent addition to the Board.
