Appointment of Non-executive Director

Downer EDI Limited has announced the appointment of Steven MacDonald as Non-executive Director, effective from 1 September 2023.

Mr MacDonald is an experienced non-executive director and senior executive with extensive experience in the water and power sectors, and is currently a Non-executive Director of Ausgrid, Chair of Intera Renewables and a member of Palisade Investment Partners Investment committee and the Water NSW Asset Advisory Group.

Peter Watson will retire from the Board on 30 September 2023, and Michael Ferguson will cease as Chief Financial Officer on 30 June 2023, with Malcolm Ashcroft commencing as Chief Financial Officer on 1 July 2023.
