ArborGen Holdings Limited (NZX: ARB) announced that Andrew Baum, their Chief Executive Officer, is set to step down once a successor has been recruited.
Chairman of ArborGen, David Knott Jr, paid tribute to Andrew for his valued leadership and expertise during his time with the company.
Andrew will remain in a consulting role to ensure a smooth transition, and will receive a payment in the form of ArborGen shares upon his employment ending.
The Board has also begun a formal process to recruit a new CEO.
