ArborGen has reported a net loss after tax of $21.5 million for the 2025 financial year, impacted by a non-cash impairment of $21.8m.

The company's revenue of $63.2m was down 7% from the previous year, but 13% higher than in 2023.

In Brazil, sales increased by 11% in local currency, accounting for 41% of total revenue.

However, US revenue declined by 9%, representing 59% of total revenue.

ArborGen's adjusted US GAAP ebitda was $8.8m, in line with guidance.

The company said it is targeting a return to record earnings in the 2026 financial year, driven by higher revenue and improved operational efficiency.
