Arvida gets initial court orders for Stonepeak arrangement

Arvida has received initial court orders for its scheme of arrangement with Stonepeak Alps Bidco.

The company announced that the High Court has granted the initial orders, and the scheme booklet, including the directors' recommendation, notice of meeting, and the independent adviser's report, will be released later today.

Arvida is one of New Zealand's largest aged care providers, owning and operating 35 retirement villages nationwide.

The company's growth strategy involves the targeted development of new villages and the acquisition of quality villages.
