Avocado land value drops by $883,000

The Manager of the Private Land and Property Portfolio has reassessed the value of its avocado producing land based on an independent valuation.

As a result, a reduction of $883,000 has been made to the carrying value of the land, representing 0.67% of the net asset value of the portfolio.

This has resulted in a decrease in the most recent net asset value per unit.

The Manager will review the carrying value again after receiving the independent valuation, which could result in further adjustments.
