Barramundi sets final warrant exercise price at $0.63

Barramundi has announced the final exercise price of its warrants, which is $0.63.

The exercise date for the Barramundi warrants is on Oct 25, 2024.

Warrant holders have three options: they can choose to exercise some or all of their warrants at the exercise price, sell or transfer their warrants on the NZX Main Board until Oct 23, 2024, or allow the warrants to lapse.

Any warrants not exercised by the deadline will expire.

Barramundi also clarified that the date for the allotment of shares on the exercise of warrants has been changed to Oct 31, 2024, due to the Labour Day public holiday.
