Being AI's shares suspended on NZX

Being AI's ordinary shares have been suspended from quotation on the NZX.

The suspension was imposed by NZ RegCo, the regulatory arm of the NZX, due to Being AI's failure to meet the governance requirements of the NZX Listing Rules.

This follows the resignation of the company's independent directors on Jan 31, 2025.

With only two directors remaining, both of whom are not independent, Being AI no longer complies with the minimum requirements for board and audit committee composition.

The suspension will remain in effect until further notice.
