Shareholders of Burger Fuel have voted to re-elect Tyrone Foley as a director and to authorise the board to fix the auditor's remuneration for the upcoming year.
The resolutions were passed at the company's hybrid shareholder meeting, held in Auckland and via Zoom on September 25, 2025.
