BIF - Resignation of Advisory Board Member

Jenny Morel, Chair of the Booster Innovation Fund Advisory Board, has announced her intention to resign her position effective end of March 2023.

Booster Investment Management Limited, the manager and issuer of the Fund, recognises and acknowledges the contribution that Jenny has made to the establishment and initial growth of the Fund and will be assessing options for the ongoing governance of the Fund.
