Black Pearl Group Limited (BPG) has announced that its Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) continues to grow rapidly, with a nearly 10% increase in September, bringing the total ARR to $4.6 million as of September 30, 2023.

BPG has achieved a 73% increase in total ARR since the start of FY24, compared to 41% for the same period in FY23.

Customer churn has decreased to 3.3% in September, attributed to the release of additional features and increased resource allocation to customer retention.

$169k of September's new ARR was driven by partners, with a partner to total revenue ratio of 30% compared to the projected 27%.

BPG is closing its placement and will provide the outcome on October 19, alongside the opening of the retail share purchase plan.
