Blackpearl has announced the completion of its acquisition of B2B Rocket, a US-based AI sales automation company.

The acquisition, which was finalised on August 21, 2025, involved an initial payment of US$4 million in cash and the issuance of 1.725 million Blackpearl shares.

The company said the acquisition of B2B Rocket's AI agent technology, which automates outbound sales, is a strategic fit and is expected to create cross-sell opportunities and synergies with Blackpearl's existing products.

B2B Rocket reported 144% annual recurring revenue growth over the six months ending June 30, 2025.

Blackpearl said the inclusion of B2B Rocket would have resulted in pro-forma annual recurring revenue of NZ$17.5m as of June 30, 2025.

The company is now focused on integration planning and expects initial outcomes in the 2026 financial year.

Blackpearl also announced its intention to pursue an ASX listing as a foreign exempt listing while remaining listed on the NZX.

Approval and commencement of quotation are expected in about three months.
