Blackpearl Group has reported strong growth in annual recurring revenue (ARR) for the first quarter of the 2025 financial year.

ARR reached $14 million, a 63% increase compared to the same period last year.

The company attributed this growth to the early performance of its AI sales enablement product, Bebop, and the steady growth of its Pearl Diver product.

Blackpearl also announced the conditional acquisition of B2B Rocket, which, if completed, would bring the total ARR to $17.5m, representing a 105% increase from June 2024.

The company said it is shifting to a multi-driver growth platform and has activated four growth initiatives, including the launch of Bebop, the advancement of strategic initiatives in Pearl Diver, the launch of wholesale/white label, and the execution of its inorganic strategy with the acquisition of B2B Rocket.

Blackpearl has adopted a new quarterly reporting structure focused on SaaS performance metrics.
