Blackpearl has reported a 70% increase in annual recurring revenue (ARR) for the year ended March 31, 2025.

The company's ARR reached $12.5 million, up from $7.4m in the previous year.

Subscription revenue also grew by 91%, reaching $7.7m.

The average revenue per user (ARPU) increased by 53% over the past six months, reaching $17,500.

Blackpearl Group achieved a gross margin of 68%.

The company said 17% of its revenue came from its top 10 customers, up from 10% in the previous year.

Blackpearl Group's subsidiary, Pearl Diver, reached $10m in ARR just eight quarters after its full launch.

The company also announced the signing of a new fixed-fee data supply agreement and the official launch of Bebop, following a successful beta phase.

Blackpearl Group said it is now funded for ongoing growth, with $6.7m in cash and a $4m non-dilutive loan facility available.

The company is targeting $20m in ARR within the next 7-12 months, with the potential to reach $50m.
