Board announce CEO stands down

Vital Limited (NZX: VTL) have announced that CEO Andrew Miller will stand down from his role effective 8 April 2022.

The Board are undertaking a review of the company's operational structure to identify cost savings and return to profitability.

Acting CEO Jason Bull will take up the role from the date of Mr Miller's departure, whilst a permanent CEO is sought.

The Board will provide a comprehensive overview of the process and actions at the company's full year results announcement later this year.
