Napier Port today confirms that Alasdair MacLeod, current Chair, will step down in December 2022 and be succeeded by Blair O’Keeffe, current Independent Director.
Mr MacLeod has worked closely with Mr O’Keeffe since his appointment to the board in 2019, and praised his excellent governance skills and effective, energetic leadership.
Mr O’Keeffe has significant port and maritime experience and is a professional company director, with governance experience in local and central government and NZX-listed companies.
