Manawa Energy has announced changes to its Board of Directors, with current Chair Paul Ridley-Smith and director Kevin Baker stepping down after seven and five years respectively.
Phillippa Harford and Joe Windmeyer will join the Board as directors, while Deion Campbell will become Chair.
Campbell said he was honoured to take on the role and paid tribute to the outgoing directors.
Manawa Chief Executive David Prentice said it was the beginning of another exciting chapter for the company.
Harford and Windmeyer will stand for election by shareholders at Manawa's annual meeting on 27 July 2023.
